📸 What photos should I upload?

The best photos are clear, well-lit shots of your boat taken from the angle you'd love to see on your apparel. Side profiles, bow-on shots, or action shots on the water all work beautifully. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily cropped images. The more detail we can see — hull colour, name, rigging — the more accurate and stunning your artwork will be.

Tips for a great photo:

  • Shoot in natural daylight where possible
  • Make sure the full boat is visible (not cut off at the edges)
  • Higher resolution is always better — phone cameras work great!
  • Include any special features you want captured (e.g. outriggers, custom paint, name on the hull)

🖼️ How many photos should I upload?

We recommend uploading 2–4 photos from different angles. This gives our artists the full picture — literally — so they can capture every detail that makes your boat unique. If you only have one great shot, that's absolutely fine too. More photos simply give us more to work with and help us nail the details.


⏱️ How long does the artwork take?

Artwork creation is part of our end-to-end made-to-order process. Allow approximately 10–18 business days from order to delivery. Artwork is created first, then approved by the customer before production begins. During busy periods (like summer and holiday seasons) it may take a little longer, but we'll always keep you in the loop. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your artwork is ready for review.


✅ Can I approve my design before it's printed?

Absolutely — and we wouldn't have it any other way. Before anything goes to print, you'll receive a digital proof of your artwork by email. You can request up to two rounds of revisions at no extra cost, so we can tweak colours, composition, or any details until you're completely happy. We only print once you give us the green light.


🚚 How long does shipping take?

Allow approximately 10–18 business days from order to delivery. Artwork is created first, then approved by the customer before production begins. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey right to your door.


↩️ What is your returns and refunds policy?

Because every piece is made to order and personalised just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as approved in your proof, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

👕 What is the quality of your apparel like?

We use premium-quality garments that are built to last — soft, comfortable, and designed to hold their colour wash after wash. Our apparel is sourced from trusted suppliers known for their durability and fit. The artwork is applied using high-quality printing techniques that resist fading, cracking, and peeling, so your boat looks as good on your shirt as it does on the water.
