How Our Process Works

Because every item we make is custom-created just for you, our process involves two stages before your order arrives at your door: artwork production and printing/dispatch.

Stage 1 — Artwork Creation: 3–5 Business Days After you place your order and upload your boat photos, our artists get to work creating your custom design. Once complete, we'll send you a digital proof by email for your approval. We won't proceed to printing until you've given us the green light.

Stage 2 — Printing & Dispatch: 5–10 Business Days Once your design is approved, your apparel is printed, quality-checked, and prepared for dispatch. This typically takes 5–10 business days.

New Zealand Delivery After dispatch, standard delivery within New Zealand takes approximately 2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Total Estimated Timeframe From order placement to delivery, please allow approximately 10–18 business days in total. We'll keep you updated at every stage of the process.

International Shipping We currently ship within New Zealand only. International shipping may be available in the future — contact us to enquire.

Delays During peak periods (such as Christmas and summer holidays), production and delivery times may be slightly longer. We'll always communicate any delays promptly.
